LEGAL TERMS OF THE PRIZE DRAW INTRODUCTION 1.1 These clauses regulate the terms and conditions (hereinafter "Legal Terms") of the B&me Rewards September 2024 prize draw (hereinafter the "Prize Draw"), which is organised by B&B HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. (hereinafter "B&B HOTELS"). 1.2 B&B HOTELS informs you that your B&me membership allows you to participate in this Prize Draw without the need to take any specific action, and these are the Legal Terms governing the described Prize Draw. 1.3 As a B&me member and participant, you declare that you have been informed of the entire content of this document, which has been made fully available to you on the website hotelbb.com, and you agree to comply with the provisions described herein, adhering fully and without reservation to the conditions described. NIPC:514820705 PURPOSE OF THE PRIZE DRAW The purpose of the Prize Draw is to encourage and promote registration in the B&me loyalty programme, reward the loyalty of already registered members, promote its brand and hotels, and grow its digital community. DURATION 5.1 This Prize Draw will take place from 26/09/2024 until 11/11/2024 at 23:59. The winner will be announced by email on Friday, 11/11/2024. Participants in the Prize Draw will be all active B&me members during the aforementioned dates. Members do not need to register or take any additional steps to participate in the Prize Draw, only to be registered members in the B&me loyalty programme. B&B HOTELS reserves the right to bring forward or extend the duration of the Prize Draw, as well as to modify, extend or even cancel it if deemed appropriate or due to causes that prevent its execution. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE DRAW AND EXCLUSIONS 6.1 The Prize Draw is open to all natural persons, of legal age (hereinafter “Participant” or “Participants”), who are B&me members during the period of validity mentioned above. 6.2 Excluded from this Prize Draw are: (i) persons who do not meet the provisions of the previous section (6.1); (ii) employees of B&B HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. and CBBHP - HOTELS IN PORTUGAL, S.A., as well as distributors, external collaborators, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, any person who has participated or been involved directly or indirectly in the preparation of this promotion, and their family members. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS 7.1 To participate in this Prize Draw, you must meet the following requirements: • Comply with the provisions of Section 6. • Be of legal age. • Be an active B&me member during the Prize Draw period. PRIZE 8.1 The prize is: 1 double stay for 1 night for 2 people at any B&B HOTELS in Madrid and 2 tickets for 2 hours of ski slope access with clothing included at the SnowZone park (CC Xanadú), valid until 31/12/2024. The stay is subject to the specific availability of each hotel on the date chosen by the winner within the validity period of this Prize Draw. 8.2 In all cases, the prize is strictly subject to the following conditions. SELECTION OF THE FINAL WINNERS AND PRIZE COMMUNICATION 9.1 The Prize Draw will take place from 26/09/2024 until 11/11/2024 at 23:59. The winner will be announced via email on Monday, 11/11/2024. 9.2 The winner will be randomly selected through https://app-sorteos.com/es, ensuring complete transparency and randomness, with the result being unalterable by B&B HOTELS as the organiser. The system will choose 1 winner and 2 substitutes in case the winner does not meet the necessary requirements to claim the prize set out in section 7 or cannot be contacted within the set timeframe. 9.3 B&B HOTELS will carry out the necessary checks to ensure that the Prize Draw winner meets the cited participation requirements. 9.4 The winner will be notified on 11/11/2024 via the email address used by the member during their B&me registration. 9.5 If within two (2) calendar days from the Prize Draw, B&B HOTELS has not been able to contact the winner or it is found that the information provided is incomplete or false, the winner will lose the prize, and B&B HOTELS will contact the first substitute. The same will happen if the first substitute does not respond, or the information provided is incomplete or false. If the second substitute does not respond, B&B HOTELS will repeat the Prize Draw among the remaining participants. This process will be repeated until B&B HOTELS can contact a winner, who will be identified as the "Final Winner". 9.6 The Prize Draw will have one Final Winner, unless by the prize enjoyment date of 31/12/2024, the maximum date to enjoy the prize, no winner has been contacted who meets the requirements of section 7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS 10.1 To claim the prize, the final winner must identify themselves with their Spanish National Identity Document or passport, as applicable. 10.2 B&B HOTELS will inform the winner of the necessary details to enjoy the prize. 10.3 Under no circumstances can the prize be substituted for financial compensation. DISQUALIFICATION OF A PARTICIPANT This Prize Draw aims to encourage participation under equal conditions and in good faith. B&B HOTELS reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they breach any clause of these Legal Terms or provide false information. Likewise, if their participation involves manipulation, fraud, or bad faith, B&B HOTELS will not award the prize to the winner and may take legal action. B&B HOTELS RESPONSIBILITY 12.1 If you are unable to participate or receive communications for reasons beyond B&B HOTELS' control, such as internet connection issues or force majeure, B&B HOTELS will not be held responsible. 12.2 The awarded Final Winners are solely responsible for how they use the prize, including in cases of negligent or intentional acts. 12.3 B&B HOTELS will not be responsible for any manipulation, fraud, or bad faith by a participant. WINNER’S TAX OBLIGATIONS The final winner is solely responsible for paying the applicable tourist tax at their chosen prize destination. No data transfers are foreseen, except for legal obligations or if necessary for the management and development of the personal data processing, nor are international data transfers planned. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION For any matter not specified in these Legal Terms, this Prize Draw will be subject to the applicable Spanish legislation in force at the time of the Prize Draw.
