TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DRAW 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 These clauses regulate the terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Legal Basis") of the B&me Rewards June 2024 prize draw (hereinafter the "Prize Draw") which consists of a prize draw organised by B&B HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L., (hereinafter "B&B HOTELS"). 1.2 B&B HOTELS informs you that being a member of B&me allows you to take part in this prize draw without the need to carry out any specific action, these being the Legal Basis governing the Prize Draws described. 1.3 As a B&me member and participant, you declare that you are aware of all the contents of this document, which has been made available to you on the hotelbb.com website, and you undertake to comply with the provisions described herein, adhering fully and unreservedly to the conditions described. 2. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW The aim of the draw is to encourage and promote registration in the B&me loyalty programme, as well as to reward the loyalty of already registered members, promote its brand and hotels, respectively, and increase its digital community. DURATION 5.1 This draw will run from 18/06/2024 until 04/07/2024 at 23:59. The winner will be announced by email on 04/07/2024. Participants in the draw will be all active members of B&me during the above dates. The member does not need to register or make any additional entries to take part in the Prize Draw. B&B HOTELS reserves the right to bring forward or postpone the duration of the Prize Draw, as well as to modify this Prize Draw, extend it and even cancel it if it deems it appropriate or for reasons that prevent it from taking place. 6. WHO THE DRAW IS FOR AND EXCLUSIONS 6.1 This prize draw is intended for all natural persons of legal age (hereinafter the "Participant" or "Participants") who are members of B&me during the period of validity mentioned above. 6.2 The following are excluded from this draw: (i) persons who do not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph (6.1); (ii) employees of B&B HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L., as well as distributors, external collaborators, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, any person who has participated or has been involved in the preparation of this promotion, directly or indirectly, in its organisation, development, etc., and their families. 7. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS 7.1 To take part in this prize draw, it is essential that you fulfil the following requirements: - Comply with the provisions of section 6. - Be of legal age - Be an active member of B&me at the time of the draw. 8.PRIZE DRAW 8.1 The prize is- 4 tickets to Parque Warner Madrid + two 1-night stays for 2 people at the B&B HOTEL Getafe on the dates of access to the park. B&B HOTELS reserves the right to purchase tickets for the festival according to availability.The prize will be sent to the winner, once located, to the address provided to B&B HOTELS by a courier company.Enjoyment of the stay will also be subject to the specific availability of each hotel on the date of enjoyment chosen by the winner within the period of validity of this Prize Draw. 8.2 In all cases, the prize is strictly subject to the following conditions. 9. SELECTION OF THE FINAL WINNERS AND COMMUNICATION OF THE PRIZE 9.1 This draw will take place from 18/06/2024 until 04/07/2024 at 23:59. B&B HOTELS will announce the winner on 04/06/2024 by email. 9.2 The winner will be chosen at random via the website https://app-sorteos.com/es, guaranteeing total transparency and randomness of the result which will be unalterable by B&B HOTELS as organiser. The system will choose 2 winners and 4 alternates in the event that the winner does not fulfil the requirements to win the prize set out in point 7 or cannot be contacted within the time limit. 9.3 B&B HOTELS will carry out the necessary checks to ensure that the winner of the draw fulfils the above participation requirements. 9.4 Notification will be made on 06/07/2024 via the email address used by the member when registering with B&me.9.5 If, within two (2) calendar days of the Draw taking place, B&B HOTELS has been unable to contact the winner or if the data provided is deemed incomplete or false, the winner will forfeit the prize and B&B HOTELS will contact the first alternate on the list. The same will happen if the first alternate does not reply or if the details provided are incomplete or false. If the second alternate does not respond, B&B HOTELS will repeat the draw among the remaining participants.This procedure will be repeated until B&B HOTELS is able to contact the winner, who will be identified as the "Final Winner".9.6 The draw will have a Final Winner, except in the unlikely event that, by the dates of Festival 2024, the maximum date set for enjoying the prize, it has not been possible to contact any winner who fulfils the requirements of point 7. 10. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 10.1 In order for the final winner to obtain and collect the prize that is the subject of this draw, the winner must identify themselves with their Spanish National Identity Card or passport number, as appropriate. 10.2 B&B HOTELS will notify the winner of the details required to collect the prize. 10.3 Under no circumstances may the prize be replaced by financial compensation. 11. DISQUALIFICATION OF A PARTICIPANT The purpose of this Draw is to encourage participation on equal terms and respecting the general principle of good faith of all Participants. B&B HOTELS reserves the right to disqualify a Participant, rendering their participation null and void, if they violate any clause of these Terms and Conditions or if the data they have provided is untrue. Likewise, if their participation involves manipulation, fraud or bad faith behaviour, B&B HOTELS will not award the prize to the winner, who will be automatically excluded from participating and reserves the right to take any legal action it deems appropriate. 12. B&B HOTELS' LIABILITY 12.1 B&B HOTELS shall not be held liable in the event that participation or receipt of related communications is impossible for reasons beyond the control of B&B HOTELS, such as Internet connection problems or force majeure. 12.2 The Final Winners will be solely responsible for the use they make of the prize they have won, in the event of fraudulent or reckless acts on their part. 12.3 B&B HOTELS shall not be liable for any manipulation, fraud or bad faith behaviour on the part of a participant. 13. WINNERS' TAX OBLIGATIONS The final winner will be individually responsible for paying the tourist tax of the destination chosen to redeem their prize. 14. Participants undertake not to infringe the aforementioned rights or any other rights recognised by B&B HOTELS or third parties. In any event, the Participant shall be liable for any such infringements that may be caused to B&B HOTELS or third parties. 16. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION: For all matters not specified in these Legal Terms, this Giveaway shall be subject to the Spanish regulations in force at the time this Giveaway is held.
